Dr. Couchman grew up in northern Missouri and attended high school in Corydon, Iowa. He did his pre-vet at Iowa State University and then attended Veterinary school at the University of Missouri obtaining his DVM degree in 1970. He joined the Appanoose Veterinary Clinic in 1972 after serving in the U.S. Army for two years.

Dr Anderson is a native of southern Iowa. He was raised on a farm near Lamoni. He attended Iowa State University’s college of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1986. He as owned and operated his own practice which consisted of 75% large animals and 25% small animals. Since selling his practice, he has concentrated mainly on companion animal practice. He has been employed as a relief veterinarian for numerous practices in Iowa and Missouri. He joined the Appanoose Veterinary Clinic in February of 2012. His wife is a flight nurse for Life Flight Eagle and is based in Trenton, Missouri. Ed and Diane have four children which all have left the nest. Sam and girl friend Kari of Lorimor, Iowa. Brandy and her husband Josh with their daughter Mia of Cameron, Missouri. Ben and his wife Hannah of Kearney, Missouri. The youngest is Matt and has just gradualted from Iowa State University.

Fred Haas

Fred Haas was born and raised just across the Missouri state line. He and his wife, Carolyn, own and operate a third generation cow/calf farm. Fred started with the clinic in March of 2011. He is the office manager, but wears many hats, including shipping, receiving, maintenance and assisting the veterinarians.

Background

Dr. Natasha Anderson is originally from Los Angeles and moved to San Diego after completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of California, Davis. In addition to a menagerie of rescued pets including three dogs, a mini horse and four cats, she also has two human children who are the light of her life.
